4. BuyAskMe's address, e-mail address, fixed and mobile phone lines and other contact information specified by the User in the registration form on the site or updated by him later, by letter, e-mail, SMS, telephone view; It has the right to reach the User for communication, notification and other purposes. By accepting this agreement, the user accepts and declares that BuyAskMe may engage in the above-mentioned communication activities for him/her, provided that he/she does not have a written notice to the contrary.
5. BuyAskMe can access the information shared by the User within the scope of the Application. BuyAskMe undertakes to share this information for the use of the Application only with its affiliates and within the framework of the law. The user also agrees that this information will be used to communicate with him for the purpose of the Application. BuyAskMe, the personal data and information transmitted to it, thirdly, apart from the above-mentioned purposes regarding the collection of information; will not share it with others, will not sell it, and will not allow it to be used under any circumstances.

In order to identify system-related problems in the Application and to urgently resolve possible problems that may arise in the Application, BuyAskMe may record the IP address, device information and location of the Users, the information registered in the user account when necessary, and use these records for these purposes. These IP addresses, location and device information can be used by BuyAskMe to generally identify its users and visitors and to collect demographic data in a comprehensive manner.
7. The information obtained within the scope of the application is provided by BuyAskMe and other persons and institutions in cooperation with the User's identity; It can only be used in situations such as various statistical evaluations, database creation efforts and market research, without being disclosed in any way.
8. BuyAskMe, in the cases listed below, leaving the provisions of this privacy statement, and thirdly; will be able to explain to people. These situations are;

11. BuyAskMe deems necessary the provisions of this privacy statement; can change it at any time, provided that it is published in the Application. The privacy statement provisions amended by BuyAskMe are deemed to have entered into force on the date they are published in the Application.
