CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Concerning the services you have received,
- The nature of the service received is consultancy service, and these services are provided exclusively by authorized persons who declare that they are competent and authorized to provide service through the platform and inform us that they want to serve.
- Identity information of the service providers are in the profiles of the service providers.
- BuyAskMe is not a party to the service relationship. However, BuyAskMe can be contacted regarding any request, suggestion or complaint.
- The fees related to the consultancy service are determined by our consultants, and service campaigns that vary according to the number and/or frequency of the service can be viewed on the profiles of the service providers before the service is received. li>
Concerning the statements made,
- Payments are made with safe saying methods.
- Your card information is not displayed or stored by BuyAskMe.
- Before the services are received, the statement must occur.
Concerning the right of cancellation and withdrawal,
- According to consumer legislation, the consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days. However, this right cannot be exercised in case of purchase, use or consumption of the purchased product or service. Users can use the right of withdrawal only if the service has not been seen.
- The service requested by the users and approved by the service provider can be canceled free of charge up to 60 minutes before the appointment time. If the service request is canceled 60 minutes before the time to be seen regarding the service, 50% of the service amount is collected from the user. The user has no right of withdrawal 30 minutes before the appointment time.
Concerning service security,
- All conversations made through our website or Platform are conducted in an end-to-end encrypted manner.
- Communication outside the Application or Platform is prohibited by platform rules, service contract and user agreement, and for security reasons. No responsibility can be placed on BuyAskMe if the service provider and users do not communicate only through secure ways and through the BuyAskMe platform or website.
This text is an annex and an integral part of the Privacy Agreement, Service Agreement and User Agreement and all rights of BuyAskMe are reserved.
